Mid-America Shootout 2008 extends application deadine

It was announced today, August 19th that the application for tournament registration has been extended until Monday, September 8th at midnight. "With the new soccer season for 2008-2009 just starting August 1st....we've decided to extend the application deadline until September 8th. Teams are just now organizing their team(s) tournament schedules for the fall" states Tournament Co-Director Scott Huffman. "We've received numerous inquiries from clubs and teams that they would love to play in the Mid-America Shootout, but needed a few more days to finalize team rosters."

REGISTRATION PROCESS CHANGE
July 22, 2008
ALL PAPERWORK FOR EACH TEAM MUST BE MAILED TO: Leah Lewis, PO BOX 682, Mackinaw, IL 61755 by Sunday, September 21st. See the Frequently Asked Questions for the required paperwork. Registration is on Friday at the Wingate Hotel and Saturday at the Midwest Sports Complex. We will simply be comparing the player cards to the paperwork and placing a band on the cards. PARKING FEES PER TEAM
July 22, 2008
Parking fees will be $60 per team that must be paid along with the tournament fees prior to the tournament. We will not be charging per car and will not have parking passes for each vehicle. This will allow each vehicle to get parked faster each day. Please send your check for $60 made payable to FC Peoria to PO BOX 294, MOSSVILLE, IL 61552-0294.

The Mid-America Shootout 2008 - September 27th & 28th

FC Peoria welcomes you to the 15th annual Mid-America Shootout 2008 presented by Petersen Hotels. Thank you for choosing to come to our tournament. Hundred's of teams from all over the Midwest United States will be participating and we anticipate a fun weekend of fair play and competitive soccer.

For those driving to the Mid-America Shootout 2008, we're approximately 10 to 20 minutes off Interstate 74 in the heart of Illinois.
